I have been trying to find an application that would keep two Microsoft Outlook .pst files in synchronization, well look no farther, I have found one, it called synchpst by Wisco. You install this application on your main computer and launch it. Next follow the menu screen and choose the the two .pst files on each of your computers. Then click on the choice of the way that you wish to synchronize your files, left-to-right, right-to-left or sync both .pst files together.
The benefit of using "SynchPst for Outlook" is that if you have multiple computers on your home network, SynchPst will "synchronize Outlook" on both of the computers meaning that all aspects of "Microsoft Outlook" have "Outlook synchronization". Plain and simple all of your emails, contacts, tasks and notes are the same on both computers, this is a great tool to have if you take your laptop computer on the road and make changes and additions to 'Outlook", when you return home use "synchronize Outlook" to update and make both computers update-to-date by using "Outlook synchronization".
I have to say that I tried several applications that claim to sync multiple .pst files and none of them worked as well with complete accuracy as "SynchPst for Outlook".
